The best thing about this property is its location and proximity to different highlights in Bergen.

The photos on Booking's ad do not reflect the details/condition of property. Minimal linens/towels/bedding. A vase of large dead flowers was on table. The dish cloth smelled, only sponge was old, and only one dish towel in property. All that being said, the property is really in a superb location,

Beautiful house in central location

Very clean, very central, very beautiful!

Location among other historical wooden houses, very close to the centre and in walking distance to railway and bus station.

Great position in lovely old cobbled street quarter.

Felt just slightly unloved

It was a historical building in a prime location very close to the city Centre with only about a 5 min walk. Cobblestone pathways leading to the house added to the historical feel. It was clean and comfortable with almost all the necessary amenities in good working condition. There was a nice view of the Bryggen from the attic.

Taxi found it difficult to find the location both on arrival and on departure. Reason probably being that it cannot be approached by car. Luggage had to wheeled uphill along narrow cobblestone pathways to reach the location. The two upstairs rooms in the attic were not very user friendly as they needed to be approached by a narrow stairway and were situated quite a distance from the toilet that was located in the ground floor. There was no dustbin allocated for this house in the immediate area outside the house making disposal of trash a little inconvenient.
