Lux Sea&Country Views with Pool

Amazing property with fantastic amenities. Perfect outdoor space, which is safe for children. Beautiful views during the night and day. Choices of supermarkets nearby and very close to the usual tourist sites.

I had an amazing stay at this property in Mellieha, Malta. The property was spotless, modern, and perfectly located with stunning views. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and Rowen’s warm hospitality made the experience even better. It was close to grocery shops and public transport, making it an ideal base for exploring Malta. Highly recommend it for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

The property was very well maintained and equipped with everything you needed for your stay. We had no issue during our stay. Rowan was an amazing host. Definitely will be coming back. The pool was our favourite, perfect temperature. Really nice to relax in the pool with an amazing view. The kitchen was equipped with everything you needed if you wanted to cook it felt like we were at home. From hairdryers, to beach towels this place had everything. The area around us was nice. We had restaurants right next to us. And a big supermarket which was massive. And really nice people. This place was really beyond our expectations and exceeded our expectations. An amazing place to bookkk if you’re in Malta. You will love it just like we diddd :))))

The apartment was nice and spacious. It was very clean. The view from the balcony was fantastic. The bus stop was just a few meters away from the building, which was great to explore the surrounding area, getting to the beach. Supermarket with a good selection of products is just 200 m away. There are plenty of places to eat in the area.

To our disappointment, the private pool was tiny with extra charge for electricity to keep it warm. There's no way you could swim in it. We had to go to the beach every day, which is about 5 min on the bus. Also, the apartment block is right beside waste recycling point, which was quite noisy early when waste was collected every morning.

Rowen was a great host. Very accommodating from start to finish. We were offered early check in as staff had finished getting the apartment ready early. Despite being ready sooner, the place was in top condition. Everything was ready and super tidy. Rowen was happy to answer any questions we had and gave recommendations throughout our stay. The apartment itself is beautiful and modern. Very unique design with great facilities such as the panoramic balcony and pool/hot tub! It really made the trip that much more special. High recommended! We stayed as a couple but it is equipped with lots of family friendly essentials like high chair and extra mattresses :)

The host was super nice, friendly, and responsive, he met us and showed us everything around the house. The house is amazing - the interior is very cute, and the terrace is gorgeous to catch the early sunrises and late sunsets. Also, do not forget about the pool, which is a great opportunity for calm evenings. The location is pretty good if you are coming by car, a lot of free spaces for the parking spots. The place is located 2 2-minute walk from a big grocery store and 10 10-minute walk to the city center, which is pretty good. The place is super calm, spacious, and great for a group of friends, or family. When ever we are coming back, for sure, we would like to stay here again :)

All was good, the only thing - if it is windy, be prepared that on the terrace you will feel cold.
