Nos reubicaron a última hora en otro hotel. El trato allí fue penoso, inicialmente no teníamos ni electricidad, una vez solucionado, no había wifi, el agua corriente fallaba y no teníamos ni papel higiénico. Al hablar con el servicio del hotel, no daban largas y nos remitían a la reserva original. No volvería a reservar en este hotel, aunque sí que solucionaron alguna cosa al final

Brown out. No air conditioner so it was hot and front of building was a mess, generator and spills.

GBSTAFF WERE GREAT!LOCATION IS ACCESSIBLE. SWIMMING POOL WAS CLEAN AND UNDERCOVER.
No electric for 2 hours from 2am-4am, wasn't informed prior to stay. Showers not working, sink leaking, property was not well maintained.

Utensils are old and pots and pans are grosse. They smelled like old oil. The frying pan its anti stick layer is gone so its a health hazard. Expected more for this kinda money.
BEThe location was good. The building staff (securities) were approachable and friendly.
The room (1919)was okay however most of the utensils were dirty. They know there are more than 5 people staying and yet there's only 2 tissues. The cookingware are disgusting (smells bad, outdated and the antistick layer of the frying pan is gone which is a health hazard) some of the plates and glass inside the cabinet were still dirty. Lacks of basic utensils such as scissors, tongs and even mop or a proper broom and dustpan. Expected more for the price we paid.
