Lovely Studio by the Park

The property is clean and nicely maintained, located in a quiet neighbourhood about a 20-minute walk from the Old Town. It was very convenient for our stay. The accommodation was well equipped, including a kettle, cutlery, plates, and other essential kitchen items, which made it easy to prepare simple meals. Overall, it was a comfortable and practical place to stay, and it met all our basic needs.

We did contact the owner via the provided WhatsApp number but unfortunately did not receive a reply. It was not urgent at the time, as we only wanted to ask whether the tap water was safe to drink, but a response would have been appreciated. The weather was quite hot during our stay, and although air conditioning or a fan was mentioned in the automated message, neither was available, which made the flat quite hot. It would also have been a nice touch to have basic toiletries such as shower gel and shampoo, as well as coffee and sugar. While we understand these are not always expected in self-catering accommodation, most apartments we have stayed in do provide them, and it helps avoid an initial trip to the shop after arrival. We ended up buying these items ourselves and left them in the flat for future guests.

Квартира хороша, світла, зручна. Персонал був на зв'язку і допоміг у всіх питаннях. До старого міста можна під'їхати трамваєм номер 4, або прогулятись пішки 20-30 хв. Дякуємо за гостинність🤗

Время бронирования предлагают лишнее тело движения они оставляют представление мошенников мимо букинга нужно ещё переходить на какие непонятные ссылки скинь деньги чем я не стал заниматься и у меня просто списали 125 € из которых вернулись только 40 и то благодаря букинга хозяин отказался возвращать деньги

Мне не нравится отклонения от общепринятых правил на платформе Booking это либо очень древняя бюрократия либо они реально аферист

Good location. Close to tram and bus stations. The apartment had everything you need.

The only reason I gave 9 and not 10 stars is that you can't darken the room because the curtains don't really cover the windows. So we always woke up with the sun brightening the room. Maybe it is possible to change that.
