HUMA Kotor Bay Hotel and Villas

HUMA exceeded all expectations with its stunning location and exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable.

I only stayed one night, but everything exceeded my expectations. The location is absolutely breathtaking – waking up to the stunning views of Kotor Bay felt like a dream. The hotel design perfectly combines modern luxury with a warm, Mediterranean charm. My room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated, with every detail carefully thought out for comfort. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I had one of the best night’s sleep in a long time. The balcony overlooking the bay was the highlight. The service was outstanding. From check-in to check-out, the staff was professional, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. They made me feel like a valued guest, even though my stay was short. I only wish I had stayed longer, but even in one night, Huma Kotor Bay gave me a truly memorable experience. I will definitely be returning for a longer stay, and I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Montenegro.

The hotel has its own pool and beachfront which is nice if you’re planning a staycation. Good restaurants are also nearby. Breakfast was good and the view from the outside is really great. Staff were very friendly also and we were allowed early check in!

No proper orientation was given upon check in but this was okay. The rooms are clean but could certainly be improved: leaky shower doors, visible molds on shower ceiling, remote control for TV was filthy and sticky but they cleaned our rooms everyday. If you are TOO CONCERNED about cleanliness, maybe consider going to another 5 star hotel. Location was also a bit far from the old town- 40 minute walk and if you take the taxi during peak hours, you might be stuck for ages. Also, days leading to our trip we were trying to cancel it due to health reasons but they DID NOT RESPOND AT ALL so we just decided to go anyway- a bit odd for a 5 star hotel to not reply promptly.

מלון ב4 מבנים, הכל מטופח יפה, נקי הצוות עוזר אבל נתקלנו בחוסר יעילות, הגענו בצהרייםוביקשנו שחדר אחד יהיה מוכן כי האורחים לשניים האחרים יגיעו מאוחר יותר נתנו לנו להשתמש בשרותי המלון, בריכה וכו ובשעת הצק אין החדאר לא היה מוכן וגם 45 דקות אחכ, החדר לשלושה (שהגיעו מאוחר יותר) היה מוכן אך לא רלוונטי בקיצור אחרי עוד שעה החליפו לנו חדר שהיה מצוין אבל בבניין המרוחק יותר קצת מבאס אבל לא נורא. נתקלנו בעוד אורחים שחיכו זמן רב לחדרים. החוף כייפי רק עם המון מדרגות ולא נגיש. במיוחד. ארוחת בוקר טובה

שרותי הצק אין שיהיו בזמן.

המיקום בגדול..

היה ריח נוראי של סיגריות במעלית החלון של החדר הקלאסיק פונה לרגליים של ארוחת הבוקר וזה פשוט סיוט ומסצבר שהחניון שלהם בתשלום (אמנם זיכו אותנו) אבל היה מצב לא נעים. כמו כן מלבד הבריכה, שאר מתקני המלון לא נגישים (סאונה גקוזי וכו) וצריך לקבוע תור מראש. הגקוזי אגב, בתשלום.
