The AC worked great, was spacious, and in a great location.

There were areas that were very dusty, the shower handle was broken, the drain definitely had a clog because the shower would completely fill in minutes with you standing in inches of water, and the shower could’ve been cleaned better beforehand as well.

Excellent location for Pompeii ruins and short walk to lovely town square. Two bedrooms and self catering set up with balcony

A bit of street noise to contend with (but we are from remote rural setting so not used to it)

Fabulous location in a tree lined street. Stylish decor. Lovely balcony. Good aircon. Delightful host. Coffee machine with good coffee pods. Wine and milk in the fridge and a selection of breakfast items. Plenty of towels.

Nothing to dislike really however a bit noisy at night and early mornings. I was expecting this and definitely the location outweighs the downside. I would say if you’re a light sleeper, pack earplugs.

we had a great one week family vacation staying in Luigi's appartment, he is very friendly, helpful and responsive. App has large 2 bedrooms and kitchen, all newly furnished, very safe, clean, great cooling - air conditioning, great wi-fi, superb location - only 2 min walk to Pompeii city centre main street and 5 min to Pompeii Amfiteatro entrance, great starting point to visit Naples by car (25min), Vezuvio&Heraclium (30min), Amalfi or Sorento (60min).

althogh kitchen is large and beautiful unfortunately it had too few kitchen untensils for preparing lunch/dinner

Excellent location. Immaculately clean & tidy. Great decoration and equipment. Nice touches - very well stocked with excellent coffee, tea, milk, sugar, croissants, jam etc. Even a bottle of wine! Clear and helpful communication and information from the owners. THANK YOU SO MUCH!
