Lovely house, fully equipped, great little enclosed garden for the dogs. Great communication with owner. Easy check in/out. Excellent location to the beach. Would stay again.

Good location with the beach relatively close, it is very clean, tidy and comfortable with everything you could need for a self catered break. A lovely quiet dog friendly location with 2 good parking spots outside the house.

What a wonderful little house. We stayed here whilst visiting our son who is at Portsmouth Uni. The house was lovely and clean and we really appreciated all the little touches like dog toys, games, info on we were sent on places to eat/drink, electric car charger (even though we forgot our cable!) all of these things really help when you’re in unfamiliar territory. We found our host easy to communicate with and we didn’t have any problems during our stay. Although Bracklesham is small it still has lots to offer in the way of coffee shops. We popped to Goat and they were really friendly with our dog which was great in such a wet day. The beach being in walking distance was great too. We would defo stay here again, perhaps when the weather is warmer to make use of the lovely garden.

It’s hard to think of anything. It was just what we needed for a weekend away.

Lovely clean, well equipped house, quiet area, host very easy to contact

Instructions from host were good. Easy access to property. Walking distance to beach. Property had everything you need (small exception was we couldn’t find a dishcloth/sponge for washing up). Quiet location although we were out of season. In the summer I expect it wouldn’t be as peaceful because of the caravan park behind. Shops/cafes within walking distance. Dog basket and toys provided.

The oven could have done with a clean (the bottom had been left greasy).

We had a great stay - we’ve stayed before and are so happy to have found this cosy little bolthole! New armchairs since our last visit, very comfortable. It’s a very well equipped house and perfect for a relaxing getaway - love having west wittering beach such a short drive away, Bracklesham bay a short walk, and found the new desk setup helpful too for when I did have to slip in a bit of work.
