Liked the room and their service. The food is good.

The pool was not clean. I had to order food at least an hour ago. The washroom hair dryer was not working.

Property is not more than two years old.

1. We booked two rooms through booking. com and got confirmation email. However, once we reached the property, the front desk fellow said, we don't have any room booked. Further, he didn't acknowledge the confirmation email and message. A lot of drama happened there. Finally, my family and guest ended up paying much more than the actual cost of the small room provided to us. As only one room was vacant, guest was accomodated in the same room for which they again charged extra. 2. There are very few staffs only 7-8 for all the activities including kitchen. So, the service is very very slow. One veg chowmein and manchurian ordered ar 8:25 pm arrived at 10:07 pm. The chowmein when served was having a housefly.We ordered American corn which was very salty, atleast double by any standard. We somehow managed the night. 3. The breakfast is pathetic. Very very limited item : Puri, Dal, Poha (plain, without any nuts, vegetables etc), egg, chicken sauces choppes into very fine pieces to fill the volume, one juice, tea, bread butter, jam, cornflake with limited milk which finished just after breakfast started, rajma beans cooked into tomato sauce. The best part was the fruit which had counted five apples, 12 bananas, one papaya chopped into fine pieces. 4. The distance of the resort is more than seven kilometre from the Kohora Safari zone. It will consume your valuable time in morning. The reviews of nine and above are paid and fake. Don't rely on it. The maximum review should be 2-3.

A serene place to visit with clean, spacious rooms. The hospitality was good, making the stay comfortable and enjoyable.
