The Angela lady or the younger african amercian woman. The one that works on the counter. Location is fantastic

Charlie she was kind of rude the white woman younger the lady that worked on the front heavier set

Room was clean and hotel was stylish and cool

Room could have a been a bit bigger that's about it.

Breakfast was great and the lady taking care of it was Excellent Front desk Lady was also excellent

The room location was very convenient. The front desk clerk was amazing. Pricing was affordable.

A.C. in the room was leaking so we had to put towels under it. I called the front desk for additional towels and after over 30 minutes I had to go downstairs to retrieve them myself. The person who was supposed to bring them never showed up.

The location was good fir not being in the beach. The check in and check out were easy and smooth. The breakfast was good. Worth mentioning was the shower set up..it was very enjoyable after a long day of walking the streets and beaches.

The location & the price were great, the room was spacious & the beds were SO COMFORTABLE, and we enjoyed our stay so much that we'll definitely stay at Tru bu Hilton again in the future!!

The only issues I had with the room were that the shower walls were stained & in need of a good scrubbing, there was a small hole in the bathroom wall, and it took more than 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower.
