Bed & Breakfast Terra d'Arneo

Leverano is a very cozy and beautiful little city and Marco and the staff were amazing. They were very punctual and always professional. I gladly recommend both the city and the B&B.

We loved our stay. The bed was comfortable. The A/C worked great. The bathroom was modern. Everything was very clean. Having the upstairs balcony, wash basin, and racks for drying clothes were really nice too. This B and B felt more like a house where each room had their own mini dining table and area and the shared balcony upstairs was amazing. It was also very quiet in the B n B; rooms were far enough apart that we did not hear noises from our neighbors. Mariella and Danielle were great hosts. Our room was cleaned daily, they were always available by WhatsApp, support in making reservations, used google translate to ensure communication clear, and always greeted with a warm smile and personality each morning. The fresh fruit every morning was wonderful, and cappucinos amazing. They also rotated the bakery items to representative of local food. Places in Leverano were within walking distance and provided a very local atmosphere. Good restaurants and supermarkets nearby too.

- Parking: Finding a close spot on the street was a little tricky some days since the B&B is so near the historic city center. However, the parking pass they give you allows for you to access more parking spots. We always found a spot but at times had to walk a few blocks. - Location: It is a relatively central location for seeing most of Salento, but longer drives if you are wanting to explore beaches along the east and west coast of southern Puglia.

friendly owner, very comfy bed with extra soft sheets and memory foam pillows, thumbs up for this. New, clean, good wi-fi, free parking, easy to find. Nice breakfast, attentive to specific needs (lactose free products provided when we mentioned this). Leverano is good location as base for your trip across Apulia, if you want to escape from too touristy locations, it is small but there are enough restaurants and bars, close to Porto Cesareo and Torre Lapillo beach.

beware of steep stairs, but this is quite common in Apulia as we found out. Sound proofing of the doors could be improved.
