Miramar Nerja - Apartment near Burriana beach with pool

Altanen var stor och bra. Bra med två toaletter och en bra planlösning. Skönt att det fanns kryddor och solstolar att låna.

Mögliga gardiner som vi fick tvätta på grund utav lukten i vardagsrummet samt mögel på gardiner i sovrum. Stora fläckar på utedynor och i soffan. Ena badrummet var smutsigt på golvet bakom handfatet och det luktade stark av rengöringsmedel när vi kom dit.

The location, very steep stairs down to the beach. This stairway was poorly lit and did not have handrails on all sections. It was dangerous. The booking.com driver had no idea where the apartment was despite me giving him the location address provided to me. The walk into Nerja was over 40 minutes and we are all fit golfers. The apartment was described as luxury, all three of us did not agree with that. The apartment was described as with pool whereas it was about 100M away. The photo of the pool was misleading, it appeared to a large pool in reality it was very small pool. Anyone visiting this property with small children or elderly people and without a car would spend a lot on taxies.

The apartment is a decent size and the balcony was good. The beds were comfortable

Not a place to stay unless you are very fit. Access to the property and most of the surrounding apartments from the beach was an ordeal as they were all situated up a very steep hill. There was a short cut up 140 steps. There was a strong smell of drains in both bathrooms which we could not get rid of.

The apartment was spacious with plenty of amenities such as a fully stocked kitchen and fresh, clean towels and linen. The air-conditioning was an added bonus and the patio / terrace was very spacious. The beds were comfortable and there were beach towels and toys available to use. The pool was quiet even in the Peak of summer and there are chairs available to take to the pool from the apartment.

Just to be aware there are many steps down to the beach and the old town is a 20 minute walk. The bathrooms smelt bad but we kept the doors closed. This was due to the drainage rather than the apartments fault.

What an amazing week myself and family have had here! To begin with, the communication from Rachel (the lady who dealt with our stay) was amazing and so helpful! I’m pregnant and also had two children with me so the little things like being able to check in early and stay later for our pick up was a huge help! The apartment was everything we needed and more, from the facilities, to the location. Yes there is quite a hill to walk up from the beach back but that’s expected in most of Nerja and the views help a lot! I will definitely be recommending this apartment and will 100% be staying again :)

Just the hill walking back up from the beach and restaurants but that’s only because I’m pregnant haha all the other years I have stayed in Nerja, the walking hasn’t been a problem

Large clean apartment, with nice terrace. 15 mins walk to the beach of Burriana. Had a shared pool nearby. Was nice and quiet too. Plenty of towels provided..

There weren't any extra bin bags provided or extra toilet rolls. We bought some but felt this this would be provided for our stay. Also a dishwasher would be good. The ceiling fans were temperamental at times. The apartment is on a hill, my mum struggled to walk up it in the sun. Not a problem for younger people though. The pool needs some sunbeds and parasols, which would have made this area perfect.

We liked the patio area plush all the usables worked well.

The property was a bit tired it needed some maintenance.The bathroom had gaps around the bath which allowed cockroaches to appear regularly.
