Spacious Apartment in the Heart of Chelmsford

Good location. Spacious, clean apartment.

There was only one bathroom and also there was only two bath towels for three people and no hand towels.

Communication from owner was fantastic, great value, lovely large airy property with lots of space, great location, felt safe and secure.

Mattress in the second bedroom was a little flat on one side but not terribly uncomfortable, just some feedback to maybe look at replacing soon. Cleanliness in general was good, it didn't feel dirty at all but there were a few bit's that the cleaner missed such as quite a bit of hair and residue from previous guest's shower products in the bathroom and the kitchen drawers had bit's of food/crumbs in them. I work in the holiday industry and know how hard it must be for property owner's to have trust in the cleaners they employ with not being able to 'check' the cleanliness standards themselves, so again it's just a bit of feedback for the owner as they should be getting a good cleaning service form the people they pay to clean.

This was my second time staying in the flat. As always the flat was clean and tidy, great location. Albert is a great host, replies to queries promptly. I will definitely be booking again.

Our stay was amazing. We came from Australia for a family wedding and needed extra accommodation to fit everyone in. The property was spacious, modern and so handy to town and train. It had everything we needed for a weeks stay including parking. Albert was responsive with check in and any requests or questions. It was also a security building which was great. I would highly recommend this property and would definitely stay again

Beautiful modern and fresh apartment with everything you could need for a great stay. Within walking distance of the main town centre with ample restaurants and bars.

Great location, within walking distance to town and beside the retail park. No problem locating the keys with the directions provided. Apartment was clean and very comfortable. The pictures don't do it justice. Host replied within minutes regarding heating. I stayed with my son while visiting family and will definitely rebook.

Location was perfect for our needs, perfectly close enough to the town n railway station to get into London for the football. Definitely will be staying here again when I travel down again. No biggy but didn’t realise no cutlery so had to buy some and left them for the next occupants.

No Jacuzzi, swimming pool, gym etc. haha no it was perfect for us

It was difficult to find the keys. The heating wasn't on when we arrived either so we had no heating for the first night, it was 0 degrees outside
