The apartment is in a nice building with a large terrace and a top location. A great convenience is the private garage in the city center.

The kitchen has almost no amenities. There is no coffee maker, although it is stated that there is one in the amenities, nor enough cutlery. The only thing that can be used is the microwave. The point of the large terrace is lost if you can't drink a coffee on it in the morning…

Brak wyposażenia w kuchni brak szaf tek szafy które były nie można było użyć a w tych w których nie było kodu były kartony i też nie można używać. Klimatyzacji właście nie było albo była ustawiona na wysoką temperaturę i nie chłodziła. Za wydanie klucza właściciel domagał się 25 euro mimo że termin zameldowania był od 15-20 stej a my byliśmy o 18 ,nie było go żeby nam wydać klucze i musieliśmy czekać bo nie chcieliśmy zapłacić. Nie polecam.

Accogliente e pulita, ottima posizione e comoda per il parcheggio.

Problemi con l’acqua calda.

Perfect to have a private garage parking in the centre of Bari. Direct elevator from the parking level to the apartment level is great. Very nice, spacious terrace with large access doors equipped with electric moveable sunblinds. Good lighting. Microwave, fridge and espresso machine.

No reading light at the bed. There should be at least an electric kettle and some kitchenware (there are no bowls, plates or cutlery and only two glasses). Major point for a downgrading is the lacking WIFI.

Not a great overall experience. Late check-in was an issue and we were asked to leave 1 hour earlier than the normal check-out time. No cutlery or glasses in the property.
