ZAMy initial booking was London Road, then was relocated the Rockwell Suites. How can a property be made available that has a bedroom curtain missing (lack of privacy 😕), the air conditioning is insufficient, no curtain in the 2nd bedroom with direct viewing with neighbors!
Very disappointed with the property 😕, certainly no value for value, certainly a will not be recommending and will be moving my bookings from Booking.com!

Door handles came off, oven don't work, ac don't work, the place get extremely damp, all services, everything feels wet. 1 of the 2 heaters exploded, the wifi was not connected.. all round very unhappy stay, it's a pity once u book on booking.com u pretty stuck. U cant cancel and get another place if u un happy, if u do get to cancel and the the owner agrees to refund u, the process takes up to 7 days to get the money u need to rebook back.. all round 9 days of super cold wet miserable
