Halės Self Check-in Guest House - Lollo Stay

Местоположение гостевого дома очень хорошее: недалеко ж/д и авто- вокзалы,удобная сеть общественного транспорта. Окно комнаты выходит на противоположную сторону проезжей части, поэтому ночью очень спокойно.

Внешний вид входа в гостевой дом оставляет желать лучшего: разбитые ступеньки. В туалете кран горячей/холодной воды проворачивается с большим трудом: ощущение - вот-вот сломается от прилагаемых усилий,а с тебя высчитают за поломку. Нет столика и приготовленные закуски приходится есть на подоконнике. При первом заходе в свою комнату после прибытия почему-то указана комната номер три,а не комната номер четыре, где я проживал. И я сначала пробовал попасть в комнату номер три,и хорошо, что в это время там никого не было. Общий холодильник на кухне небольшой, что осложняет его использование.

⭐⭐⭐⭐ Overall a Good Stay with an Unexpected Upgrade The original accommodation was conveniently located near the train and bus stations, making it easy to get around Vilnius. Check-in was simple and modern—no keys required, just an access code, which I liked. That said, the building felt quite old. The floors creaked when walking around, noise from outside could be heard easily, and the bed was firmer than I prefer. The room was generally okay, but it definitely showed its age. The staff were friendly and helpful, although replies could sometimes be a little slow. There was one unexpected situation during my stay that I found quite amusing in hindsight. I had initially been using the shower without any issues, only to be informed later that there was a leak affecting the floor below and that the shower was actually not safe to use. Apparently, the issue had already been discovered the day before my arrival! 😅 At first, I was told it was still okay to use, but about an hour later I received another message saying I would need to move to a different accommodation for safety reasons. To be honest, I wasn’t thrilled at first because the replacement was over 1 km farther from the city center. However, once I arrived at the new accommodation, I completely changed my mind. The replacement room at Vilnius City Hotel was much newer, cleaner, and more comfortable. It came with a kettle, tea, a working TV, and a significantly better bed. Overall, it was a major upgrade from the original room, and in the end, I was happy with the move. If anything, I wish I had checked into that room from the start! The only thing I missed was the famous Pink Soup Festival by just one day. Maybe next time! 💗🥣 Despite the unexpected room change, the staff handled the situation professionally and made up for the inconvenience with a much better accommodation experience.

This accommodation, the replacement room (Vilnius City Hotel) is way better. No breakfast.
