Asinsala is very helpful and pleasant. She arranged our table very well and also organized our transportation. She is highly skillful, professional, and welcoming. She greeted us warmly and made sure everything was perfect throughout our stay. Exceptional hotel – 10/10! Everything was amazing, including the pools, rooms, staff, and food. The service was outstanding, and we had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Asinsala, Tuan, and Irfan were very helpful and friendly.

"Lovely room. Noisy event made it difficult to sleep."

Comfortable room, good location

Very noisy until very late at night. Rang reception multiple times asking how late party would go, with no response. Very unhelpful.
