Splendida villa in riva al mare

The location of the house was truly amazing, if you like secluded areas away from the tourism. Just a short 2 minutes path down to the beach. The garden is very bohemian cozy. The equipment in the house was perfect. We found sun umbrellas, beach towels and a cooler box to use on our excursions to beaches an dinghy boat trips in Orosei. Owner Maurizio and wife Manuela met us halfway when we discovered that I forgot my private key car in the house. What a service! 🤩🇮🇹

Draps, literie en peu limite, électroménager deficient , vieux et difficile à utiliser. Et 3salles de bains au lieu des 4 présentes sur le site. Présence de 5 chats pouvant poser des problemes à certaines personnes

Awesome property

What a little gem. This was a late booking due to a change in plans. Maurizio was very accommodating especially as we missed a turn and was later arriving than planned. The house was at the end of a traditional Sardinian road and was so peaceful, the garden was cute and had a bbq and dining area outside, and through the gate was a little path to a very private beach. It was actually closer than the pictures give the impression of and the shower after using the beach was so warm. The house just gives you a warm hug, and had enough comfortable seating for the 6 of us to relax and dine in or out. Having three bedrooms downstairs with one en-suite and the other 2 others sharering a bathroom was great. On the mezzanine was another bedroom with its own bathroom and seating area. It was very traditional and we all loved it. Also, being close to a lovely little town that had everything you could need, ice cream parlour, supermarket, garage and cafes and restaurant just made it even more perfect. If you want cosy this is for you.

The location of the villa is awesome if you want to be in the nature and enjoy the beach. There is plenty of space inside and outside of the house and a dining table as well inside and outside the house. The house is well equipped and the owner is very friendly and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay and can fully recommend the place.

Be aware: if you have a lowered car, accessing the house may be difficult due to road conditions.

The location is simply fantastic, 50 meters far from the beach that was, by the way, even in august, not crowded at all. At the same time it is like being in the countryside, with pure mediterranean vegetation. Note that it is an isolated area, not for mass tourism.. Orosei is about 6 km from the villa, from Osalla you can book a boat ride to Cala Gonone, Cala Luna and other extraordinary places to visit. If you want to visit the real sardinian places you are in the right place. You will need a car, that's for sure, but you will have a real taste of traditions, mentality and local mindset. From the villa you can also plan a visit to Supramonte (reccomendable the lunch with shepherds), to Su Gulugone, to Tiscali and to other fantastic places that are not so easy to visit. So if you do not want plastic tourism, if you want to have a full immersion in local nature and local way of life, for sure you can start planning it from this villa. The owners are very helpful and they have a high cultural level, that is precisely what a tourist needs to start enjoying his stay.
