Good location between the train station and the centre centre, almost everything in walking distance, the apartment is close to grocery stores, breakfast places etc. Clean place, nice room No 4. We could leave the luggage after checking out there for a while. There are 5 rooms with a shared kitchen. If you don’t mind sharing a kitchen it is a good option.

The whole process of entering and using the property was very smooth. Instructions were very clear and the property was sleek and functional. All in all a very thoughtful host and property in a superb location equidistant from the town centre and the train station

You can hear absolutely everything and are very much dependent on the noise levels of the other guests. Flat 1's bedroom has the old entrance door in the wall and you can hear people breathing as they enter the block.

Paper-thin walls. You can hear everything in the next room. Neighbour complained about talking.

Great location, short walk from the Bologna Centrale train station, easy access to the medieval centre of the city. Host communicates well, modern clean rooms and bathrooms, handy kitchen, large sleeping area.

An attempt at trendy (or inexpensive) crate furniture. Small table and bedside tables have finger-wise gaps through which things fall - keys, pens, etc. very irritating. A bit of price gouging when it comes to late check-in. Everything is done my text, instructions, codes, etc. sent the afternoon before I arrived at 9 pm, but I'm still charged 25 euros. For what? Sending me a text message in the middle of the afternoon?

It was spaceous, everything is new and you have all the things you need. The location is the best.

There were black hair all over the place.

Located close to the train station and the city center. Staff was very responsive, helpful and nice; we communicated via booking messaging. Shared kitchen was a nice addition, we could meet for a quick coffee or tea before leaving to explore the city.

Rooms are not soundproof, therefore we could hear people in the other rooms talking. It got quite noisy when someone was entering their room or having a talk/laugh in the kitchen.
