I recently enjoyed my stay in this newly furnished, well-kept, and impeccably clean apartment in Madrid. Regrettably, I was unaware at the time of booking that it is situated in an industrial area, which proved to be a drawback. Despite this, the facilities provided were excellent, contributing to an overall positive experience. The apartment features modern amenities and offers a comfortable living space.

The primary drawback was the location, situated in an industrial area, which made the walk to the nearest metro station quite a distance. This may pose an inconvenience for those reliant on public transportation. I had no prior knowledge of its industrial setting. On a slightly less significant note, there was a pair of dirty pants left in the washing machine, possibly overlooked by a previous guest. While this did not impact my stay, it's worth noting for the attention of the management. Despite these considerations, the apartment itself was well-maintained and provided a comfortable stay. I recommend it for those who don't mind the industrial setting and are willing to accommodate a longer walk to public transport.
