The building, the staff and the location

Aksara was located in the inner wall of Old Chiang Mai town, it had easy access to restaurants and temples. The hotel itself was beautiful, breakfast was great and the room was amazing. Our room had a claw foot bath which we well needed afte 3 weeks of travel. Its a boutique hotel so has limited rooms which we have only just started to experience and we would not go back to the great big resorts after experience the personalised service here. The breakfast was amazing and evey afternoon if we were by the pool we got to experience a thai treat of coconut iceream or a sticky rice treat. What a wonderful little boutique resort with some great little surprises along the way.

Cozy little Hotel. Location is strategic, quiet, but walking distance to many nice restaurants, cafe, 7-11 etc. room is beautiful

Breakfast

水壓非常非常小，浴缸的水好幾天都是黃色的 Low water pressure

De ligging, de kamer, de faciliteiten zijn gewoon goed.

Weinig ruimte voor kleding op te bergen. Vooral in een driepersoonskamer is een open kast met een paar kledinghangers echt te weinig. Enig minpuntje

The room was very nice and pool area fabulous. Staff were very helpful and friendly.
