The bedrooms are absolutely beautiful & we could not have asked for a better location. We enjoyed the breakfast offerings & the pool area. The staff were so kind & attentive.

Our stay at Aksara Heritage in Chiang Mai was an absolute highlight of our trip. There was a calm, relaxing and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. The saltwater pool was a standout feature—beautifully designed, refreshing, and never overly crowded. It became our favorite place to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The rooms were just as impressive, with gorgeous high ceilings that made the space feel airy and elegant, while still being incredibly comfortable. Breakfast each morning was a treat. There was an impressive variety of options, from fresh fruit and pastries to local Thai dishes, all delicious and beautifully presented. It set the perfect tone for the day. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every interaction was warm, genuine, and attentive without ever feeling overbearing. The level of customer service was exceptional, and we felt genuinely cared for throughout our visit. Aksara Heritage strikes a perfect balance between charm, comfort, and hospitality—we would absolutely stay here again.

Clean and very friendly staff, one of the best hotels in Thailand.

The staff was friendly but more importantly, everyone there seemed to care about our experience at the hotel. The breakfast included about 30 items in the buffet and six made-to-order selections plus a daily special. Incredible. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Amenities in the room were generous. This is one of the best hotel stays that I ever had, and I have been to hotels around the world.
