This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of GBP 600 is required. The host charges this 14 days before arrival. This will be collected by bank transfer. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via bank transfer, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that all guests need to provide a photo of their passports after booking. Eating or drinking in the bedroom is not allowed. Cots are available by request four days before the check-in date. Additional unregistered guests are not allowed to stay at the property without the host’s permission. Please note that an additional charge of EUR 70 will apply for check-out after the scheduled time. A fee of EUR 150 per hour will apply for late check out. Please note that an additional charge will apply for check-in outside of scheduled hours: 12:00: EUR 150 13:00.: EUR 70 14:00–15:00: EUR 50 16:00.: Free of charge 19:00–22:00: EUR 100 After 22:00: EUR 150 Smoking on the balconies, by the windows, or inside the house will incur an additional fee of EUR 800. Guests travelling with children must inform the property one day before check-in.
