Marina was very welcoming and gave us lots of help whenever we needed it. The place was a short walk from shops/ beaches etc and buses were easy to take to other parts. The kids really enjoyed the shallow pool which was great and it was a safe gated apartment block. We will definitely stay again if we are back in Gran Canaria! Thank you!

The very first impression of the apartment was an intens smell of smoke of cigarettes and humid.. We put on the aircondition to try to rinse out the air but it got even worse. You could smell that even the aircondition was infected of the smoke. It was not possible for us to be there or sleep there at all. After staying there a short while we got a big headache. We told the landlord about the smell of smoke and that we couldn't use the apartment because of this. The landlord told us that she and her husband both have had Corona and that they have not smelled the smoke. Since we couldn't stay there we agreed that they would give us back some money (100 euro) and we agreed to send them our account numbers, so they could transfer back some money. After sending them several email and SMS during the last 7 days we have not returned any answer and they have not yet paid us back as we agreed. It is really disappointing. After everything, we can not recommend renting this apartment.

Marina and Armando is really taking it one extra step. Can really recommend this hosts, we was picked up/dropped off at the airport for a smooth timing. As a family this could not have been any better. They had almost all we needed, and rented the rest. Like (a baby stroller, chair and bed) As a family off 4. This was a great place and they are really sweet. No regrets renting this place. Its also safe. A good neighborhood, Good view, and still central. And also clean.
