De locatie, rustige ligging, mooie kamer. Tram voor de deur, hebben we 1 keer gebruikt. Ook makkelijk met ubers overal te raken , rijden particulier rond. Op zondag vm is in het park een handcrafted market, ook leuk.

Hôtel parfait mais attention personne à la réception tout fonctionne avec des codes. En fait on a croisé personne dans l'hôtel durant notre séjour. Le petit déjeuner est payant et certainement servi en chambre car pas de bar/buffet ouvert. Top situation géographique avec la mer juste en face, attention que c'est l'arrivée du tramway en journée cela fait du bruit même si tout est très très bien insonorisé. De nuit il ne roule pas donc pas de soucis.

La mer juste en face et le luxe de l'appartement. Nous avons eu un problème avec la douche qui a tout de suite été résolu par un ouvrier que nous n'avons pas vu non plus.

L'appartement spacieux l'emplacement le grand lit.

Les oreillers tres inconfortables la pente de la douche qui ne laisse pas l'eau s'écouler. Nous nous attendions à un hotel avec une réception avec des humains pour nous accueillir physiquement. Cela aurait rendu l'arrivée moins chaotique.

Location is great. Overlooking the sea and right at the end of the tram line so a great spot to get to and from the city centre

The service at this property and value has plummeted. This was our third visit when I rated them 10/10. Things have changed for the worse. No staff on site. Incredibly unwelcoming check in. It’s now all done remotely: we had received no email about this change so it took us several phone calls to find someone human to speak to. We were then emailed conflicting instructions. Another couple were trying to check in too and they were upset and overwhelmed by the whole process. Shocking service although we eventually spoke to someone called Caterina who was very helpful. Our room smelled of drains, the shower needed fixing and part of the curtain came down when we opened them. Reqllly frustrating not having someone on site. The check in was worse than a travelodge experience We were eventually moved (on the second day) to another room which was fine. I did ask for a 50% refund and am still Waiting for this.
