Portie Deluxe Suites by DA'HOME

O quarto é espaçoso, confortável, com frigorífico maior do que pensava, roupeiro grande, televisão enorme, casa de banho muito espaçosa. O eléctrico pára mesmo à porta de entrada, há estacionamento perto, tem uma ótima localização. É uma zona óptima para ir dar um passeio à noite.

Terraço partilhado, vigiado com câmeras e com as varandas dos quartos superiores a darem para o terraço. Falta de manutenção: manchas no tapete, o chão tinha zonas em que estava levantado, os roupões tinham buracos, frigorífico vai fazendo barulho e acorda, luz do detector de fumos a piscar para onde incomoda, lençóis ásperos, velhos e cheios de borbotos, barulho da recepção e das pessoas a entrar e a sair ouve-se do quarto, toalhas, roupões e lençóis são reutilizados durante toda a estadia.

Portie Deluxe Suites was beautifully decorated and the rooms very comfortable. The linens were nice and the shower had good pressure. We slept well and were refreshed. The room was quiet and faced a small atrium. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. The hotel is situated right at the end of the trolley line which was convenient. There was a park nearby and the river front was right across the street. There were a few small cafes within walking distance.

Upon arrival, the entrance was locked and there was no mention in the email about gaining access. We arrived that afternoon and rang the bell, but we could not gain access. Finally another guest came out and let us in a small entry corridor, but we still could not access the second door. Eventually, an employee returned from break and let us in. Sadly, the stunning restaurant downstairs is no longer open for business and the costly trolley was always packed. We spent an excessive amount of money on Ubers to get to city center, because the trolley was more expensive and always had a long wait. The half piece of glass in the shower makes containing water difficult, so please provide extra floor matts. Lastly, the elevator was turned off during the night for safely, but not turned on in a timely manner. This made getting all our luggage down two flights of stairs to meet our Uber at 6:30am extremely problematic. Luckily, we made our flight.

O quarto é bom, não é enorme mas serve bem para o propósito. O terraço é simpático. Cama confortável, casa de banho boa e duche muito bom. Está bem iluminado, O acesso ao quarto é por fora e independente.
