INConveniently located near some good cafés and restaurants around Laxman Jula. Nothing else about the property!
The room was unkempt with unwashed linen. When I checked-in, there was a bunch of hair near the drain and the toilet seat was completely broken. These are basic things. Dirty towels were offered but only after being asked. The staff should be trained on cleanliness & customer service.
INThe staff Ajay is very helpful and knowledgeable and will guide you for any needs. The manager Vansh is also very knowledgeable and kind. He goes above and beyond to make you comfortable . Overall very good experience with this hostel. Also I like the spacious and quiet location of the hostel . Definitely recommend to anyone

FRnot that clean when we arrived, we had to ask them to clean
ITHaving stayed during the low season, we haven't experienced the Hide In at the top of its offer, however we had a pleasant and comfortable stay. The location is really convenient to walk around everywhere in Tapovan and the breakfasts were tasty.
Having been there in January, the room was really cold as the building doesn't have a centralized heating system. You can reserve a small heater at the reception but it's 500INR/day and doesn't really make a difference.

Many things went wrong - 1. There was no toiletries offered. Hand wash was not there. 2. Hot water wasn't working well. Had to struggle with water problems for full half day. 3. Food had insects in it. Complained it to hotel staff also. 4. Hotel staff misplaced/stole personal item also. Facewash was stolen/misplaced. 5. Nobody was present during check-out (may be they partied hard on new year) and didn't get complementary breakfast also.
INThe hotel is nice, with well-maintained and clean property, the common area was great. Good location, very close to the market, easy access for public transport and Laxman jhula.
There was no dustbin in the dormitory and no curtains for privacy even not for the main window due to which other people could easily see from outside. Also, I had requested the manager to share some jamming session videos he had captured on his phone, but unfortunately, he did not respond which I did not like at all, I also text him but he didn't respond.
