A very good location, 3 min walk to the metro station. (3-4 stops to the city centre) Cozy and clean room, with a private decent-sized bathroom and a shared kitchen area. Everything is clean and tidy. Facilities are comfortable. Good value overall.
Apparently, the wall between rooms has poor soundproofing. My wall neighbours weren't loud, but just normal talking was easily heard from my room. (Doors were closed)
