"Excellent"

Loved the social space and the host was really amenable to an earlier checkin.

The shower was a little cold in the main bathroom but other than that it was great

Big and spacious

Needs some repair work in areas, needs some TLC. Blinds broken and curtain rails hanging off wasn’t a welcome sight.

Plenty of rooms and very modern.

This property has huge potential but lacks in simple areas. Cleanliness could have been better with layers of dust and left over cigarette buts. Lacking simple amenities such an a very limited supply of toilet roll and empty tea and coffee jars. Comes with 2/3 parking spaces but unfortunately no dropped curb means that others park in-front and block the driveway. There is plenty of on road parking but you may have to walk with your bags. The place is decorated beautifully but with some broken furniture that would just be better off removed. Overall I would stay again as I believe it is good value for money so don’t let this review put you off.

Alot of space good layout. very comfy beds.

It was freezing when we arrived. Would have been nice to walk into a warm house. Alot of the glasses were dirty. Cooker racks dirty. Nowhere near enough towels. One large and one small per double room. Hoover hadn't been in the bedrooms since last stay as there was clothing tags on the floor.
