the area was pretty, could tell the townhome was new.

the showers could have been a little more clean, one of the bathrooms didnt drain water very well. there were towels left in the washer. beds were okay.

"I was in Cleveland to attend a conference; I usually stay in a hotel so this was a nice alternative."

Reasonable walking distance to downtown and the waterfront/Rock Hall. A lot more spacious and home-like than a hotel room. The procedure for checking in and out was also very simple.

Just a warning that the garage is narrow. My Honda Civic fit but I had to maneuver carefully. Also there was no cable TV, just streaming services. Also there are three floors accessed by stairs.

Refrigerator wasn’t working garage door wouldn’t open and the shower was cold water and one shower was clogged up

the location was perfect. Off street parking was a plus. Quiet, clean and neat. Brought my Kuerig, was surprised that one was provided, along with coffee pods. Nicely decorated, and provided everything one would need. Personally, I may never go back to a hotel room.

Maybe the steps,😆lol. Actually, I can't think of anything that I or my family didn't like.

Very clean. Beds are comfortable and plenty of space. Use of garage was greatly appreciated. Easy walk to playhouse district
