Luxury Downtown Townhome Unit 7

Hosts are nice, place is great, location is amazing. House has everything you need.

Location convenient to downtown, 20 minute walk to the Arena. Has a garage, even though we didn’t have a car.

First thing you notice when walking in are the dirty, stained carpeted stairs. The second are the dirty walls around the entire house that have dried on spills and splatters that look like never get wiped. There are dust bunnies 2 inches high under the beds, you can see them coming up the stairs. Window sills are dirty. There are no blankets, none, only super thin covelettes. With snow outside! We had to use our jackets to keep warm at night. Cheap grey polyester sheets. Lacking kitchen supplies: no potato peeler, only 4 plates, toaster doesn’t work. But they do have plenty of coffee pods for Keurig. Knowing our bus will be arriving a little earlier than check in time, we arranged for early check-in. When we got to the townhouse 30 minutes prior to official check-in, there was still no check in instructions or lock code sent. I contacted the owner by text message who completely dismissed me saying that the code will be sent at 4 PM, even though I was promised an earlier check in time and the place was ready. We didn’t have a car, so after a long trip, my son and I had to wait outside in the freezing cold with all our luggage in front of an empty unit for over half an hour. We ended up not even getting the door at 4:00. Only after me asking for it after check in time it was finally sent.

Convenient to the Cleveland Clinic. Loved the garage and the kitchen amenities. Nice size TV.

The showers were less than desirable. The water was not hot long and the pressure was not good.

The property was amazing . It’s a townhome name says it all

Very roomy townhouse; 2.5 baths really nice; indoor garage, warm and dry; convenient to downtown attractions and restaurants

Balcony listed as an amenity, but it overlooked Penske truck rental parking lot where staff takes smoke breaks (not really an amenity); neighbors or next door renters were partying both nights and smoking (smelly and noisy); bed sheets and blankets were thin and not very comfy or warm; could use a few lamps in living room/dining room (over-head lighting is harsh)

We were pleasantly surprised by this unit. Great facilities, clean, comfortable and amazing value. We booked late in the afternoon and the owner was quick to respond. Very happy. I would definitely recommend!!
