Pros: 1. Reserved parking for tenants. 2. Convenient and nearby restaurants, stalls & grocery stores. 3. Nice pool view 4. Functional aircond in all sections (living room & 2 bedrooms) 5. Comfortable furniture 6. Complete package with cooking utensils/equipment (except stove) with water dispenser (Coway), & free tea bags/sugar provided. 7. Indoor perfume unit (Ambipur) provided for continuous fragrance smell.

1. No grill protection for the main door entrance to protect tenants personal belongings (shoes) outside. 2. To provide proper shoe rack closet outside to properly placed tenants shoes/slipper.
