"Good location, needs some TLC"

Very spacious house and they allowed us to have our dogs which was a bonus. Good location for us. Communication from host was good. Snooker table was a lovely facility to have.

House was very dusty with lots of cobwebs in every room, and in need of a good clean overall. Old bits of paper from previous guest were left around writing on them and if I had have been staying for more than 1 night, I felt I would have had to clen myself Towels were very very old. General updating of bed linen and towels would be a good idea.
