It’s in a safe and secure location.

The bed mattress is not comfortable it’s squeaky and you can feel the springs

"Terrible course of the host"

The host, Will require a R2500 deposit that they will promise to send you back on Thursday but on the day that they should send the deposit they won’t send you back your deposit back

"Good for the family"

"The most terrible,Worst place I have ever wasted my money at."

Location is okay

R2500 breakage deposit.Host will make sure that you don't get a single cent of it.I wanted to see what is it they have in the house that is worth that much,nothing to be honest They accused us that their security at the main gate said we were more than the number that was booked for.i mean,what are their cameras for? Terrible.host was very rude from the start such that we wanted to cancel our reservation before we even go there.if you want relaxation and peace of mind,this is not the place,their beds are uncomfortable and very small. This place was not leaving the comfort of my own home for me to be treated in such a terrible manner

"nice location, but management agency lacks care. Plumbing brings up raw sewerage to the bath tub which was is disgusting"

spacious and conveniently located . the exterior is nice for a family get together

Very poor arrangements with the keys for the property. Had to be hand delivered. Air conditioner on ground floor bedroom was leaking on the bed which was not pleasant at all. Effluent/RAW SEWERAGE would fill into the bath after flushing the toilet. This problem was immediately relayed to the booking agency along with photos and videos. Even though this event took place on a Sunday an arrangement could have been made to clean the raw sewerage from the bath tub, and attend to some pressure issues in the plumb line. these are issues that the property owner is obviously aware of. These conditions are disgusting. and needless to say a serious health hazard. I’ll take legal action if myself or my daughter fall I’ll due to these circumstance
