Bilbao Park II by Aston Rentals

The property looks very nice, tastefully decorated and very clean and comfortable to stay in. Location is very convenient, quite close to underground station and just a few stops from the city center.

The only thing I can criticise is that during our stay there was a heat wave and the temperature in the apartment was generally high, even during the night. There was no air con and the fans didn’t really feel enough.

- The check-in process was quit simple. The door had electronic lock. So we got in with the passcode provided by the host. - The hosts were very responsive to our questions in the chat, which was very nice. - Location was great. It was quiet neighbourhood, with big supermarkets in walking distance (Mercadona, Eroski) and metro station was only 2 min. walking distance, so it was very convenient.

- The floors weren't clean at all. Meaning that there was hair (or long fur) everywhere. So it wasn't poorly cleaned, it was not cleaned at all. We were staying with our one year old son, so it was especially frustrating. - We asked for a crib, but they didn't have special mattress or bedding for it. - There was no oven and we really needed it, as we prepare food at home for the family. - The vacuum cleaner was old, bulky and worked very poorly.

Departamento con las instalaciones necesarias y comodo

El departamento está en un primer piso de un conjunto habitacional populoso, tuvimos dudas respecto a la seguridad del barrio

Nos gustó realmente la cercanía que había al metro (al cogerlo te puedes mover por toda la ciudad, el metro está a 3 minutos andando del apartamento). Y también que hay todo tipo de establecimientos cercanos para tu estancia (supermercados, carnicerías, farmacia, etc). El apartamento es muy coqueto y moderno, pero falta mejorar en algunas cosas.

Los colchones eran demasiado blandos (se hundían) y encima hacía mucho ruido cada vez que te movías un pelín. Se escucha como tosía el vecino de al lado (las paredes son de papel). Y lo peor de todo es el aparcamiento (zona verde) porque no puedes dejarlo todo el día, ya que tienes que moverlo de zona, y el casero no te proporciona ayuda al respecto (te manda una página web y ya te apañas como puedas). No hay parkings públicos cercanos.

quando chegamos irritou nos o bairro .... muitos edifícios altos, com muitos andares, estado em renovação ... tivemos receios, admito. Mas o apartamento apresentou se num estado impecável, confortável e bem tratado.

Prachtig ruim en schoon appartement. Alles wat je nodig hebt is er. Dicht bij metrostation, 5 minuten lopen. Er stond een karaf water voor ons in de koelkast.

Parkeren op straat is beperkt en betaald. Voor gratis parkeren moet je naar een andere wijk. Wij hebben de auto voor de zekerheid in een parkeergarage gezet a €15,85 per etmaal
