The hotel advertised one price online and a different price for walk in. The room was infested with bugs and there was no bathroom amenities (soap/tissue paper/etc.

I was unable to get my pre-booked room; they told me they were fully booked and they didn't know what the problem was. I didn't get my money back either.

Nothing.

We booked 3 rooms. First person booked in and was refused a key to lock the room. He then moved this luggage and found a suitable hotel nearby. I arrived with my sister and brother in law at 7:45 pm. And was told there was 1 room. Produced the Booking.com booking confirmation and staff told us to all wait in the made up room. We were not given a key so could not leave luggage and passports un attended. Room was not clean. The bathroom tiles were black with mould. We moved our luggage out and found other suitable hotel.

The location

The room was dirty, the bed and bed sheets were stained. The shower didn't work. I planned to stay for a week but checked out after one night. I've asked for a refund but received no response.
