USThe host is very personable.
This property is sort of age-restricted. Located on a steep hill with many steep stairs to get to the main floor. Pack lightly! Only one bathroom on the 1st level. Not convenient to sleep on the 2nd level (again up a steep flight of stairs) due to the bath being on the floor below. No AC, just fans.

There isn't a designated overnight parking spot for 1 vehicle. There is only off street parking which was cumbersome because it's in a residential area.
