Host was friendly. We liked that there were common areas, especially the one upstairs for lounging. The hotel was quiet.

Lighting in the room was subpar. Ceiling lights in the bedroom and bathroom were broken. There was no ventilation in the room, especially none for the bathroom which would allow moisture to accumulate. The breakfast was fine, but simple - not sure why other travelers would rave about it as there are much better ones.

Cristian is one of the best hosts I have ever had! Even from before starting our trip he mande sure to give us an amazing experience. Besides from that, the hotel is absolutely beautiful. highly recommend to anyone who wants to spend a couple of days in Loja.

Great service, comfortable beds, and clean.

There was loud music playing upstairs until 10:40 PM. Some functions. Staff apologized, but beware of Thursday night functions.

Really tastefully decorated, super comfortable bed, Chris at reception super friendly. It's a nice place. Pet friendly.

There was no hot water the 2nd morning iwas there and noone around to try to fix it. Breakfast is a little weird. Really nice little fruit bowl, and fruit batido, then like a really depressing looking plate of eggs and bread and tiny hot dog things. Super weird.
