⭐ 1-Star Review: I’m extremely disappointed with this property and the lack of professionalism from the owner. There has been no proper communication at all — no replies to messages, no calls returned, nothing. My biggest frustration is that I paid a £200 deposit and have been waiting over a month to get it back, with absolutely no response from their side. This experience has been stressful and completely unacceptable. I trusted them, but the silence and lack of accountability have left me feeling cheated. I would strongly warn others to avoid this property until they learn how to treat their customers properly.

洗手间的浴液是坏的 卫生不干净，尝试跟工作人员沟通，也是不了了之。 入住前让我给200英镑押金，说退房后两周内退还，但是两周后我没有收到押金，联系房东也不回复我任何消息，也不退款，完全联系不上了！ 只能联系Booking平台帮我，但是Booking也联系不上房东。

The bed rooms are very nice .

The entrance floor mat was not clean, no sugar, washing machine was mouldy.

The property was ok for a few nights stay for a family of four

The property was ok but needs a good deep clean and just the little things looking at. Like the mat as you went in the front door had loads of dogs hair on which a good hoover would have sorted. The shower was hanging off the wall but they did come and fix it the following day along with the loose hand rail on the stairs. Maybe a new mattress for the double bed as could hear and feel springs when moving around.

The location was fantastic and it is a well maintained property.

Its a little cramped for space to recommend for small family.

Very clean. Off road parking in quiet residential area. comfortable bed. Constant Hot water, modern appliances, bath with side handles for safety and modern shower. Soft towels. Warm duvet. Safe enclosed garden for children.

Central heating not working on a cold weekend No additionall heating. Needs grab rail top of stairs as rail doesn't go to top steps. Not suitable for anyone with mobility issues.
