We had a very lovely and comfortable stay at the property. From the food to the staff, rooms, ambience, everything was great! The staff and services were prompt. Friendly people with a smile to guide you during your stay. Do try to go for the coffee plantation visit in the morning, it was quite interesting and informative. Restaurant services were quick, food was satisfying, with nominal price.

it was nice experience with family in Grand Retreat, The whole staff was really humble and the Resort was so good. Had a great time.

The beds are not comfortable and private swimming pool are not safe for kids.
