Needs to clean up a bit more when new guests arrive to the room

The rooms were all good and we had booked a three bedroom apartment. We had booked a three bedroom apartment and were given two bedrooms in a flat and another bedroom separately. Bathroom kitchen facility everything was good In the kitchen, there is a gas connection and some basic vessels, so we can use it and cook.

We faced two issues in this hotel, one is that there is no water heater in the bathroom They said they have solar, but if it is the rainy season, it does not generate heat. So we have to use the gas stove in the kitchen to heat the water and take a bath. There was a small way to the parking lot, so it was a bit difficult to turn the car around and park.There is a possibility of scratching which is very difficult for big cars They pack all the garbage collected in the rooms and store it in the parking lot. From there, a terrible stench came from it. It was an unbearable situation. I couldn't stay there even for a minute. I think the hotel management should maintain the parking area too.

The place is comfortable and big size apartments with nice bedrooms and bathrooms It is very close to Amrita Hospital and Asters Medcity hospital. All the rooms and apartments are well cleaned. The staffs are Friends and attentive In a silent location with less traffic
