Io e il mio ragazzo ci siamo innamorati dell’appartamento: è proprio come in foto, veramente bellissimo. La proprietaria Micaela, insieme a suo marito, sono stati gentilissimi e super disponibili. La casa era super attrezzata, pulitissima e il parcheggio è proprio sotto casa. Vicino a casa c’è un guachince (ristorantino tipico) dove si mangia molto bene. C’è anche l’ombrellone da spiaggia per andare alla teresitas, a meno di mezz’ora di auto da lì. Super consigliato, spero di tornarci!

Short: • Overpriced for what you get • Extremely noisy, even at night • Poor communication • Uncomfortable beds • Lacking important details Noise – bring earplugs • Constant loud industrial noise from a nearby building and the highway • Several neighbors have dogs that bark constantly, even through the night • Airplanes and helicopters fly over occasionally • Even custom-made earplugs couldn’t block the noise Communication • We received no information until we reached out ourselves • Suddenly asked for a long list of details and a cash deposit (later waived after we complained) Beds • Much smaller than in the photos • At 190 cm tall, we couldn’t sleep in the same bed comfortably, so we used the sofa • Sofa bed had a hard metal bar in the middle – caused discomfort and bruising Missing details • Listing says 70m2 – includes the hallway; actual living space is much smaller • Balcony exists, but hard to enjoy with the constant noise • Power outlet hidden behind a pillow at the head of the bed – potential fire hazard!! • Beach tent was missing essential poles – unusable • Toilet positioned so you have to sit at an angle due to cabinet placement • Room can’t be darkened properly – sunlight comes in early • Very cheaply decorated, which might be fine if it weren’t so expensive • Upon leaving, they wanted €16 for a cheap magnet-mounted bedlight (worth €6.55) that still worked but had a loose head. Conclusion This place might be acceptable for a short stay if you're just passing through, but it's far too noisy, overpriced, and uncomfortable for anyone looking to relax on vacation.
