Property spacious enough for just us two but probably big enough for 4 or 5 without being in each others way all day. A regular bus from and to the Roque bus stop in Calle Galacia (see when it's due on your phone - Titsa Bus 424!) made a car unnecessary but the walk up from the supermarket was a little exhausting for us in our late 70s.

The 30 minute traffic "rush hour" at 08:30 and 16:30 was only noticeable because it was otherwise so quiet. Also, on day one, you will be aware of the 2 or 3 cars entering or leaving the underground car park. We were more amused than annoyed because there were obviously some loose drain covers or similar which made their passing more like horses galloping through, but mainly at the above times.

Everything from the first moment to the last second. Everything was perfect, well equipped kitchen , even had kitchen foil and clingfilm. Dominika was also especially helpful .

Location, spacious two floors, two patios, two bedrooms upstairs, nice view to the ocean from second floor terrace, the house itself looks pretty fresh

Very noisy neighbourhood, if you are used to sleep in silence better take ear plugs with you. kitchen does not have needed items like salt, oil, sugar, tea bags, washing capsules (for washing machine), for a week-long stay only 4 coffee capsules. be prepared to buy all this. hot water runs out pretty quickly, be ready for fast shower.

Clean, spacious, newly decorated, quiet location. Bus stop very close by. Shopping centre a few minutes walk away. Dominika was a pleasure to deal with, she gets a score of 12/10.

Located on a steep hill for walking back to apartment. However, taxis are cheap.
