Las instalaciones son deprimentes, cocina pequeña, no bien equipada y compartida para todos los huéspedes. Desde la cocina se escucha todo lo que pasa en las habitaciones. A pesar de que la alberca se enfatiza en el nombre, esta tan sucia que nadie se atrevería a usarla. Al estar junto a una avenida grande y en tan malas condiciones, el ruido es constante.
