No hi ha cobertura de telefon. Depens dels wifi, i no es molt fiable.

La struttura è bella, grande e accogliente. Sicuramente la posizione è ottima, al centro di Otranto. È presente un condizionatore mobile (ma la casa rimane comunque fresca senza doverlo accendere). Bagno molto bello, sicuramente il fiore all'occhiello della casa.

Sinceramente non sono state molto chiare le indicazioni su come funziona la ztl/parcheggi. Inoltre siamo venute a sapere che vi è la possibilità di fornire un pass turistico temporaneo per parcheggiare nella zona ztl, che non ci è stato menzionato. A parte ciò, struttura un po' buia e umida (c'è una finestra grande all'ingresso ma tenendola aperta, si è per strada con la gente che passa), ma niente di non vivibile. Pulizia da migliorare.

The apartment is very good. Well decorated, super stylish. With the construction style respecting the characteristics of the region. It has all the amenities to prepare a quick meal or breakfast. Highlighting the delicacy of the dishes. It has the best location in Otranto, as it is in the heart of the old city. And around the corner of the apartment you can see the wonderful sea of the city. I would like to highlight the work and reception of the hosts, from the moment of booking to check-out. Anitta and Gregório. They respond quickly to messages. Anitta gave us tips on the city, restaurants, markets and also showed us a wonderful boat tour in Castro.

Well, it's not a negative point in itself. Because I believe that the perception of temperature is sometimes personal. But I found the apartment cold. But we were in May, with the weather still a little cold at night. I believe that in the summer it will be perfect for the climate of the region. Another thing is that it is a little humid, due to the very characteristics of the construction. I leave as a suggestion, add a dryer or heater to dry the towels and swimwear.

The location was fantastic...and the studio styled one bedroom gets very little foot traffic during sleeping hours. The one ceiling fan cooled the place. It is a great value for the location and the size of the apartment. The host answered all questions in a timely manner.

Although the place was comfortable, the bed springs were a little noisy and the lights outside in the alley where not working. There was no AC but I think I knew that, I just thought there would be cross ventilation.

This place has lots of character and huge living space. We had a lovely couple of days using Casa Maricla, the location is fantastic, it was very quiet despite being on the ground floor. The house is very well equipped, the shower worked very well. We would definitely stay again.

There was nothing negative to say

Absolutely amazing central location, We were able to walk everywhere within a few minutes. We stayed during the week and it was lovely and quiet around us. It was nice and cool inside, had a great sleep. The host was super lovely, gave all the information ahead of time and communicated throughout.
