The location next to the canal opposite the train station was both calm and excellent for seeing the main sights of Trondheim. The apartment was as described and sufficiently comfortable for our needs. There was a lift to take you to the 4th floor. Ventilator fans were provided to help move air around the apartment as there's only one window, and the apartment feels well insulated. Instructions to access the property were clear, and the host was helpful and responsive before our stay.

Parking next to the property is difficult, I would recommend one of the parking garages located nearby, but parking is expensive (providing you have no difficulty paying for it). The apartment building is only accessible using the unloc app. This works but is only working for the registered number, so if there are two people in the group and you are separated, you need the mobile with the registered phone number to access the building. The host did not respond to my question on this during our stay and it was the only question I posed. The cleaning service after each stay should be checked as glasses and dishes needed recleaning, the cupboards were not clean and dust had accumulated on upper surfaces (sprinkler pipes).

Good location, quiet place.

To unlock the front door, we had to use the unlock app, which didn't work and we couldn't open the door.

Perfect room with a comfortable bed. There was a washing machine and an oven and cooking facilities. Close to the train station, the city center and Solsiden's shopping center. I will absolutely come back.

Bed is too small for two persons and way too soft (feels like a trampoline). Hot water runs out very quickly, so only one of two persons has a warm shower. Lots noise in the middle of the night (people screaming on the bridge next to the house). Finding a parking place is very difficult. If you find a parking spot on the street then you can only stay for 3 hours. There is supposed to be a very expensive parking garage nearby but Google could not find the entrance.
