"A disappointing experience."

I’m a single mom traveling with my 8 years old son, and we did not enjoy our stay in this apartment. To start with, we had the wrong address, when we got there we waited a long time before the host shows up, I thought it was a scam since she insisted so much for me to pay via paypal before even seeing the apartment. Then she shows us a first apartment, but the A/C didn’t work, so she moved us downstairs. The A/C was working, but the wifi wasn’t in both apartment, we had no towel, no toilet paper and the shower was missing the part so it felt more like water running from a sink. There were a few bugs in the apartment also… To add to this, someone seemed to knock on our door from 2 am until I finally got back to sleep around 4.30am. In the morning, I explained the situation and kindly ask for a refund for the 2nd night I prepaid for, but she declined.
