self catering. road ways around site not great. some driving to fast.

was not told until days before that there was a charge for swimming - was looking forward to this but an extra £64 was not what we expected. Went to great Yarmouth for a swim - much cheaper. The sheets on one single bed were stained with what looked like blood spots and dirty feet marks.

"Excellent clean caravan"

The caravan was absolutely immaculate upon me and my sons trip. It has everything you need for a very comfortable weeks stay and is very good value for money. Directions to the caravan were made super easy by the host as straight forward. Can't fault this place in any way and the caravan is very well located.
