Nice clean place decent furniture

No toilet seat uncomfortable beds

The bed was comfortable and a travel cot was provided as requested.

There was no toilet seat and so this made it awkward for female guests, the cutlery was dirty and needed cleaning, with no knives available for when cooking. Somebody was also very loud next door and outside dragging bins in for a very long time on the evening.

Clean, Tidy, Well Maintained and Quiet

The staff dealing with the property!! We left an item behind that I reported to them on the day of departure, two days later the item was confirmed as found, via a photo on their WhatsApp contact number but I have never received my item back!! Our stay was at the end of January and I conversed with them through WhatsApp until the middle of March to try and get my item back but it still never arrived!! My messages then started to be ignored so I contacted them on the Text contact but frustratingly after initial contact my messages were once again ignored!! Booking.com Customer Services have also contacted them on my behalf and were told the item was not found which was a complete lie as I have the proof it was found!! So as of today April 22nd I still do not have my item back!! The item was a brand new soft toy given to my daughter as a gift the weekend of the stay so you can imagine the upset this has caused 😔 A real shame we were treated this way as the property was a great base for us whilst visiting family and one we probably would have used again but after the experience we have had sadly that won’t be happening!!

Great location, very clean and excellent value for money.

Location was fine, Quiet, though on a quite busy road. The house itself was spacious, modern, and well-maintained & warm. The management team was incredibly responsive and always willing to help with any issues or questions I had. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation, town center, and restaurant/take-aways.

Could do with a lamp in the living room & mirror in main bedroom. Need more utensils in kitchen, teaspoons & maybe a sharp knife Extra towels would also be good, as there was 4 of us. Very little space for Car, very busy street.

Great location, keys easy to collect and the house was very clean and had everything we needed

Parking not great but always managed to find a space so not the properties fault just the busy area

The house is nicely presented,warm and well located.

The lack of very basic items,teaspoons,there were none,a proper knife for vegetables,cutting meat, etc.Chairs for sitting at a table for eating a meal,baking trays,the extractor above the cooker did not work at all.

Dave was really helpful as on arrival the smoke alarm battery was beeping.. Right outside the bedroom & I couldn't reach sort. So someone came round and changed it.. It's a comfy clean home, good internt speed, and I like the TV in the bedroom.

Still no mirror other than the bathroom. No good for drying hair.. The blinds in the front bedroom don't fit the window fully so the street light shines through. Photo of the shows how the blinds don't fit I have mentioned previously. So the reviews may be just lip service..
