Muy bien ambientado, con esa impronta playera. La ubicación es en una zona tranquila, lejos del ruido, y al frente de la playa, ideal para desconectar. Todo el staff muy atento y buena onda

leider sehr dreckig, Ameisen, dreck im Bett. Das Bad wurde mehrere Tage nicht sauber gemacht im Dorm. Frösche und Skorpione waren im Dorm und in dem Bad + es hat teilweise leicht reingeregnet- für den Preis war es okay da es sehr billig war. Küche war nicht gut ausgestattet, Ameisen überall

The owner himself was helpful ahead with guidance on how to get there from the airport in Guayaquil etc. but he was not around when I arrived. I didn't meat him until I checked out on the third day. The hostel seems to be run by volunteers, who were nice when they were around (most of the time there was someone). I arrived on New Years Eve and found out through someone in my dorm that there was a New Years Eve dinner (the volunteer at check in had not mentioned) even though he showed me around. I could still join in which was nice that there was something happening. It was a chill vibe and a little bonfire before everyone went into town. The only thing is, that it's 30 mins on foot to Montañita town (which is why I liked it) and only 5 mins to Manglaralto, so feels more residential and quiet. Beautiful spot and direct access to the beach.

Could have a few more hammocks for the amount of people. There was often loud music playing near the reception/bar area, which meant there wasn't anywhere to hang out without music, as the pool only offered one chair to relax on. Sadly on the 1st January, now one appeared until after 1.30 pm and I was supposed to check out, was desperate for coffee and breakfast and had only just arrived the night before, so had no access to anything. Eventually I walked into town for 30 mins. This was not ideal. My dorm was an 8 bed dorm, but only 4 lower bunks occupied which was nice, YET at the same time, my mattress was so high that I had to roll out of bed. no where to put things other than the sandy floor and the dorms and bathrooms were not cleaned daily as suggested. Lockers were very small but worked for valuables if you have your own lock.

La habitación estaba algo sucia, si mejoran eso el hospedaje sería un 10/10

Great hostel by the beach. Big kitchen and common space, pool and ping pong tables.

Only two hammocks under sun, not in shade.

Me gusto mucho la ubicación y la atención, excelente todo.
