Everything....not clean & hygienic.. bedsheets towels were so dirty....we were not provided with any toiletries, slippers etc.. The food was so so...what to say about the services of the staff; you ask for something you're being provided the same after 3-4 hours of your request...worst hotel I have ever stayed in...very unhygienic for small babies too...never staying there again will suggest anyone else too.

The most third class resort I have ever stayed in. The worst service & mismanagement. No proper room service, pool service. Along with that the behaviour of the staffs are very unprofessional. The manager of this property is not a well behaved person. His attitude is very rude. He don’t know how to behave with the guests. At first we visited there he asked for the full payment at the time of check in. Whereas we didn’t access any of the room & didn’t take any of their services yet. They didn’t have any working CCTV cameras that time & the proper parking zone. No single light at the Parking area. Then how can anyone be assure of the safety of their vehicle. At the morning when we went to the parking we found there are lots of scratches our car. When we informed them they totally denied to take the responsibility & again & again blaming us. We felt very disrespectful & want to talk to the property owner but the manager told us that he don’t want to talk with us. At the night after 12 o clock we found there were no lights outside the room, at the entrance, at garden area, at the pool side & the parking. They switched off all the lights. There was no intercom facility in the room. Rooms are not clean properly. We didn’t get any room cleaning service. Totally waste of time & money.👎

The place is done up well. Gardens are well maintained. Pool is clean. Breakfast spread is decent.

We booked online via booking.com, so we were informed that there would be no complimentary breakfast, which is a basic for all hotels these days. Breakfast was not worth the Rs 200 per head that they charged per day. Considering the fact that there are no options nearby to eat out, they should be more considerate.
